Less than a year ago, LordJAG was a talented and experienced artist without a single solo release. The Chicago native had spent the past decade producing and writing for artists like Nipsey Hussle and Blac Chyna. Flash forward to today; LordJAG is now dropping his solo debut album, Places, a 10-track project featuring his unique blend of funk, soul, rock, and hip-hop. It was composed, performed, and produced entirely by himself, including all instrumentation.

Places comes off the heels of a successful debut year, which saw LordJAG release five singles, including “Heartbeat,” a soulful, slow-burner with renowned DJ/producer Josh One. The songs have received dozens of playlist features and airplay on Los Angeles’ world-renowned KCRW radio station.

The son of legendary violinist Jerry Goodman (Mahavishnu Orchestra, The Flock), LordJAG has forged his own sound and legacy. Places builds on his reputation for delivering funky, soulful, and intricate soundscapes.
